21. Visual impact analysis (Simulation)
A visual simulation was developed for one project to help area residents better understand the impacts associated with improvements to a controlled access facility in the area. The visualization helped residents understand how close the facility would be to adjacent buildings and how architectural and landscaping would help to decrease visual impacts.
